In 1960, the De Fabritis family set up a small business in Manfredonia which now caters for customers not only around Italy, but also in France, Belgium and Switzerland. Over the years, four generations of entrepreneurs and their partners have specialised in quality seafood products with a special focus on frogs and snails, true delicacies for chefs and gourmets.
Today Fish&Frog is a modern company in the Sea Food sector, based in Ravenna, which imports the best fish in terms of quality, type and processing certification from all over the world, but especially from Italy.
The products are delivered to the central plant, processed the same day and sent to B2B buyers, fish wholesalers, fishmongers and restaurateurs, in full respect of the cold chain.
Particular attention is paid to the Italian and French market of frogs for catering in which Fish&Frog is the undisputed market leader.
